WEST ORANGE, N.J., Oct. 3, 2013 – Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker, L.L.C.’s (FRKB) Gary D. Gordon, Esquire, and Tracey Goldstein, Esquire, will be featured speakers at an upcoming New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) seminar. The in-depth discussion, entitled “Combating the Five Common Plagues: Bed Bugs, Lead Paint, Mold, Storage Tanks and Asbestos,” will be held on Wed., Oct. 23, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, located at One Constitution Square in New Brunswick.

FRKB Partners Gordon and Goldstein, along with their seven co-panelists, will focus on the science and legal issues that arise when common environmental and health hazards are detected in residential real estate. For each topic, the panelists will discuss how the condition manifests itself as well as the various legal concerns related to detection.

Established in 1991, West Orange, N.J.-based FRKB focuses its practice on representing and counseling multi-family owners, property managers and developers. Gordon, who is chairman of the firm’s Litigation Department, possesses extensive experience in real estate, contract, commercial and municipal litigation.
