Residential Developer to Occupy 8,500 Square Feet at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Mixed-Use Property

TEANECK, N.J., Feb. 26, 2016 – Residential developer Treetop Development LLC has leased an additional 4,300 square feet at Glenpointe Centre West, 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck, more than doubling its headquarters space at the mixed-use Glenpointe complex, developed, owned and managed by Hackensack, N.J.-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Currently leasing 4,200 square feet on the property’s second floor, the expanded commitment boosts Treetop’s presence to 8,500 square feet on the first and second floors.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in the transaction by the property’s Cushman & Wakefield agency team. Treetop Development was represented by The Homer Group.

“We’ve been very pleased with our experience at Glenpointe over the past four years, both in terms of the property itself and our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises,” said Treetop managing member Azi Mandel, whose company specializes in identifying emerging neighborhoods and redeveloping value-driven residential buildings with a focus on Northern Manhattan, New Jersey and Queens, N.Y. “Fortunately, the property has been able to keep up with our company’s growth, as Sanzari has now facilitated our expansion there for a second time.”

“Treetop is a dynamic organization,” said Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president/director of leasing and marketing. “We are, of course, gratified to have been able to accommodate their continued growth at Glenpointe. More than that, because Treetop is in the real estate business, its continued growth at Glenpointe serves as an affirmation of all we are doing and the environment we have created there.”

Glenpointe is a regional hub and home to a broad range of local, national and international companies. The landmark 50-acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room full-service Marriott at Glenpointe hotel; and the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness Center. Amenities include a full-service bank, cafeteria, restaurant, wine bar, lounge, covered parking, on-site management, 24/7 security and a variety of services.

Further enhancing Glenpointe, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises recently broke ground on a new dual-branded hotel featuring the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton brands. Located at the crossroads of I-80 and I-95, Glenpointe is less than three miles from the George Washington Bridge, and in proximity to New York City, local airports, the Meadowlands Sports Complex and many of the area’s top leisure attractions.
