NAIOP New Jersey Announces 2010 Commercial Real Estate Awards
Twenty-third Annual Gala Set for May 13 at The Palace at Somerset Park
SOMERSET, N.J., March 2, 2010 - The best of the commercial real estate industry will be celebrated for their achievements at the Twenty-third Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala. The awards will be presented by the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, on Thursday, May 13, 2010, at The Palace at Somerset Park.
Peter O. Hanson, SIOR, Chairman of NAI James E. Hanson, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award. The Impact Award will be presented to Somerset Development.
The Walsh Company LLC and Sills Cummis & Gross P. C. will each receive the Industry Service Award. Jones Lang LaSalle will be honored with a Chairman's Award.
The winners of the Creative and Economic Impact Deal of the Year Awards will be announced at the Gala. Finalists will be announced in March.
The 2010 Gala is chaired by Michael Seeve of Mountain Development Corp. and Gretchen Wilcox of Q 10 / G .S. Wilcox & Co. The members-only Gala ticket pre-sale has begun and ends on St. Patrick's Day, March 17. NAIOP New Jersey members in good standing are eligible to purchase tickets at 2008 pricing: $450 each, plus one free ticket for every ten purchased. After the pre-sale, tickets will be $475 each for members (there will be no free ticket offer) and $525 each for non-members. The ticket price for Corporate Members is $427.50 each.
