Recent College Grad Focused on Tenant/Landlord Representation, Account Management

MORRISTOWN, N.J., March 30, 2016 – MariaGrace Iantosca of Manalapan, N.J., has joined commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as an associate in the firm’s Morristown office. The recent Monmouth University graduate is focusing on tenant and landlord representation, and national account management, working with a seasoned brokerage team led by Bill Brown and Ben Brenner.

Iantosca previously served as a commercial brokerage intern at Zimmel Associates, and as a marketing intern at Freehold Center Management Corporation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate. Already, she is working on the front lines for Cushman & Wakefield leasing agency assignments in Basking Ridge and Parsippany.

“I chose to pursue a career in real estate because I wanted to work in an established business field – but not one in which I would constantly sit behind a desk,” Iantosca said. “I am doing something different every day here, and I love it. It is so important in this field to have good people to guide you, and when I met Bill and Ben, I knew they were going to be great mentors. They and this entire company are wonderful – I am happy to have landed at Cushman & Wakefield.”

While at Monmouth University, Iantosca spent time as a new student orientation team leader, and served as president of both the senior class student body and of Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. She was one of 10 Monmouth University students chosen to attend the Conference of Student Government Association.

“MariaGrace exemplifies the bright, outgoing professionals who comprise our junior brokerage team in New Jersey,” said Andrew Judd, Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey market leader. “Our corporate culture encourages diversity and the partnering of new, up-and-coming and accomplished brokers, which ensures that our teams are well-balanced and our company consistently helps to develop the next generation of commercial real estate leaders. We wish her the best of luck in her new position.”
