March 3: NAIOP NJ Public Policy Symposium to feature Gubernatorial Candidates Forum

Leading Democratic and Republican Candidates will Discuss Perspectives on Issues Impacting CRE Industry

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., February 22, 2017 – Which gubernatorial candidate is best prepared to steer New Jersey to economic prosperity? The leading Democratic and Republican candidates for the state’s highest office will share their vision for the future as NAIOP New Jersey hosts its Public Policy Symposium on Friday, March 3, 2017. The program will be held at The Heldrich in New Brunswick from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

In individual segments, Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno and Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli on the Republican side and Democratic candidates Phil Murphy, Senator Ray Lesniak, and Assemblyman John Wisniewski will discuss their plans for growing New Jersey’s economy as well as their perspective on issues that impact the commercial real estate industry.

“This is a pivotal year in our state, with the governorship and all 120 seats in the state legislature up for election in November,” said Michael G. McGuinness, CEO of NAIOP New Jersey. “This forum provides our members with a unique opportunity to express their concerns and gain valuable insight into how each of the leading gubernatorial candidates plans to address them.”
