Hills Fit at Eisenhower Corporate Campus Delivers Innovative Fitness Options for Time-Crunched Wellness Enthusiasts

LIVINGSTON, N.J. – Jan. 11, 2017 – Jump-starting 2017 with fitness-focused resolutions means conquering time management obstacles. Hills Fit, a unique tenant at Eastman Companies’ (Eastman) Eisenhower Corporate Campus (ECC), delivers an innovative solution for exercise: multi-level indoor cycling classes. Designed to relieve stress and strengthen muscles, participants can ride rolling hill, interval and race profiles as they kick-off the New Year burning calories.

“We strive to support a balanced lifestyle for individuals who work and live in the Livingston area,” stated Hillary Schumer, Founder of Hills Fit. “Set to invigorating music, we get people’s souls soaring, hearts pumping, muscles working and metabolisms elevated to enhance their state of health and wellness. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive and non-competitive, and all of our class formats feature cardio and toning for the upper/lower body and abdominals.”

Spin classes are a perfect fitness option for individuals of all ages. The workout is low-impact to knees, ankles and hips, and is cardiovascular friendly since the intensity is self-regulated by controlling the bike’s tension control. Coupled with this, classes led by Schumer engage the core and simultaneously tone participants’ upper and lower body muscles.

Located at 290 W. Mt. Pleasant Avenue, at ECC’s South Entrance, Hills Fit caters to a diversified tenant mix at the corporate campus, strengthening the work/life environment Eastman strives to provide tenants and guests. Community members who work out at the studio can enjoy other amenities at the 385,000-square foot Class A office complex, including a full-service cafeteria, electric car charging stations and a 600-vehicle parking structure with LED lighting and enhanced security features.

Flexible, Affordable Classes

The industrial-inspired Hills Fit studio is open seven days a week, with early morning and evening classes available. Lunchtime classes are held every Monday and Thursday, and walk-ins are always welcome. The facility features approximately 20 stationary bikes, complementary towel service, showers and changing rooms. Strength training workouts off the bike are also available.

With Hills Fit’s pay-per-class model, single sessions are priced at just $5 per class Monday through Friday, and $10 per class on Saturday and Sunday; there are no membership or initiation fees. “With no commitment or long-term contracts, these classes are a great way for someone to give Hills Fit a try,” added Schumer. “Our schedule is always evolving with classes designed to meet the needs of Eisenhower Corporate Campus’ busy tenants, as well as those who live and work in the community.”
