6,000-Square-Foot Lease Expands Tenant Roster at Levin-Managed Center

EWING, N.J., April 16, 2014 – Giant Wine & Liquor, LLC, dba Buy Rite Liquor has leased 6,000 square feet at Capitol Plaza in Ewing, N.J., becoming the latest tenant to join the diverse lineup of retailers at this premier Mercer County shopping destination. The announcement was made by Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 360,000-square-foot center. evin's leasing representative Gloria Mercado negotiated the long-term lease.

Capitol Plaza continues to attract a well-rounded mix of retailers, restaurants and service tenants, according to Mercado. "The long list of well-established tenants who have chosen to locate, stay and grow their business at Capitol Plaza is a testament to its appeal," she said. "The center's outstanding demographics and high visibility were among the factors that attracted Buy Rite Liquor, and we expect this tenant to enjoy great success here."

Located on the heavily traveled North Olden Avenue at the junction of Route 206 (Princeton Avenue), Capitol Plaza serves a growing residential population of more than 237,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $83,000 and a daily traffic count of 58,000 vehicles.
