Levin Arranges Lease with T-Mobile at Twin City Shopping Center
Wireless Network Operator to Open 1,500-SF Store at Jersey City Retail Center 

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Aug. 28, 2017 – Wireless voice and data communications services provider T-Mobile has leased 1,500 square feet at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City. Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive managing and leasing agent for the 94,000-square-foot Hudson County shopping center.

“This multi-unit T-Mobile operator was in search of a high-traffic location with terrific exposure to a diverse residential/commercial population, and found this and more at Twin City Shopping Center,” said LMC’s Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad, who negotiated the long-term lease. “T-Mobile represents a new retail category at the center, and we are excited to add this valuable service to the property’s expanding tenancy.”

T-Mobile joins a diverse retail mix that includes Aqui Market, Retro Fitness, Everything $.99, soon-to-open Popeye’s Chicken, Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts, along with a host of typical neighborhood conveniences. Indoor play center Kidz Village also recently leased 14,000 square feet of space at the property.

Well-located at the Jersey City/Bayonne border on Garfield Avenue and West 55th Street, just off Exit 14A of the New Jersey Turnpike, Twin City Shopping Center serves a growing residential population of more than 186,000 people within a three-mile radius. Approximately 35,000 vehicles pass the property each day, and nearby development – including new Walgreens and TD Bank locations – is enhancing the neighborhood’s retail profile.

Remaining space availabilities at Twin City Shopping Center range from 1,400 square feet to 8,350 square feet.
