ISELIN, N.J., Feb. 24, 2010 - Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Vice Chairman Andrew Merin, head of the firm's Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group in East Rutherford, will serve as a featured panelist at ICREW NJ's monthly breakfast meeting on Thursday, March 11. The discussion topic, "Real Estate in New Jersey: Capital Markets & Beyond," will focus on the Garden State's current real estate climate.
Merin and his team specialize in real estate sales, joint ventures and financing across commercial product types. A recognized voice for defining trends, Merin is a regular lecturer for the MBA program of the NYU Stern School of Business; frequently shares his expertise as a panelist at trade events and organization meetings; and often serves as a source for real estate, business and news publications.
The March 11 ICREW NJ event will take place at the Woodbridge Hilton, 120 Wood Ave. South in Iselin. Breakfast and networking will begin at 8 a.m., with the program commencing at 8:30 a.m. Additional slated panelists include Kevin Welsh of CBRE, Joseph Taylor of Matrix Development Group and David Welsh of Normandy Real Estate Partners.
Admission with registration prior to March 5 is $50 for ICREW members and $75 for guests. Admission with registration after March 5 is $60 for ICREW members and $85 for guests.
