Dress Barn has been a tenant at Summit Plaza since 1999, according to Jerry L. Barta, vice-president/director of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “We are pleased to continue our long-standing business relationships with Dress Barn,” said Barta. “This lease renewal is a clear indication that Summit Plaza is a vibrant location at which both national and local retailers thrive. We are confident Dress Barn will continue to make a significant contribution to the ongoing success of the center.”

Summit Plaza’s location in the heart of Route 17’s retail corridor, excellent daily consumer traffic and strong demographics all contribute to its appeal. The center is near Routes 4, 46 and 80, surrounded by 14 towns within a three-mile radius.
