NEW YORK, N.Y. – March 14, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Kate Spencer, MAI has been promoted to Managing Director and Practice Leader for Valuation & Advisory’s Self Storage Practice Group.

Ms. Spencer has been a real estate Appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield since her graduation from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and brings over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has spent the majority of her tenure focused on the valuation of self storage properties, having been involved in the appraisal of over 700 facilities throughout her career.

“With Kate at the helm, we are enthusiastic about increasing our capabilities in Self Storage,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Managing Director Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, national head of Valuation & Advisory. “This change in leadership allows us to continue to expand our platform to better serve our clients.”
