Cushman & Wakefield Named Leasing Agent for Class A Princeton Office Building
Firm set to Market well-situated 150 College Road West in the Route 1 Corridor

PRINCETON, N.J., June 9, 2014 – Cushman & Wakefield has been named leasing agent for 150 College Road West, a 71,000-square-foot class A office building in the Route 1 corridor in Princeton. The commercial real estate services firm’s Edison, N.J.-based team of Paul Giannone, Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton will be handling the prestigious assignment.

150 College Road West and the adjacent 100 College Road West is within walking distance of Princeton Forrestal Village, featuring the Westin Hotel, restaurant, and numerous other amenities.

Ivy Realty recently acquired both 100 and 150 College Road West. The 154,000-square-foot 100 building is fully leased with the recent signing of a major pharmaceutical company to a full-building tenancy. Essential Power Services recently signed a lease for 14,500 square feet for its headquarters at 150 College Road West, and the building’s remaining 56,500 square feet is being marketed by the Cushman & Wakefield team.

“The building is very well-positioned in a park-like setting, with incredible visibility from Route 1 and possible monument signage opportunities in the heart of the Princeton market,” said Anthony DiTommaso, Jr. Co- CEO of Ivy Realty. “Both buildings, in fact, are going to undergo a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program that will include upgrades to the common areas.

“150 College Road West has a high glass-to-floor area ratio providing a great deal of natural light and the most efficient floor plate in the market.” said Giannone. Carton added that there are abundant nearby amenities, including the gym, day care, and restaurants on the campus.
