Company Principal

Donna Miller, President and Founder: With a decade of professional management and administrative expertise managing a global chemical company in New Jersey, Donna opened Above & Beyond, Inc. in the mid 1990s, identifying an all important niche of executive office suites and support business services that are needed in a variety of circumstances. Since then, she has inspired, coached and supported hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Her strategy for differentiating the business from its competition includes providing consistently superior service, creating win-win relationships between clients and colleagues, and going above and beyond the expectations of both clients and her staff.

Ms. Miller has completed tremendous research to provide support opportunities, training and growth potential. As a result, she has assembled and cultivated a group of committed and qualified staff members who possess knowledge, work ethic and the unique flexibility required to satisfy each Above & Beyond client. Members of the staff include: Delilah Tate, operations manager and Karen Weeks, bookkeeping department manager.

Ms. Miller attended Bergen Community College and Fairleigh Dickinson University and serves as a board trustee for The Salvation Army. She is also a past board member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and the North Essex Chamber of Commerce, where she served as both Treasurer and Chairperson of Membership.
