Caryl Bixon-Gordon, President, founded Caryl Communications Inc., which has grown since the early 1980s from a one-person operation to one of New Jersey's leading public relations agencies. Prior to forming Caryl Communications Inc., Caryl held a variety of corporate positions including Public Relations Director of Midlantic Bank and Associate Editor of the employee publication for Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Recently, she was named among the top 50 Best Business Women of 2006. Under her direction, Caryl Communications has earned a respected reputation for the responsiveness and quality of its services, the talents of its team and the depth of expertise provided to clients in all facets of public relations and marketing. Caryl personally supervises each account, directing account managers, writers and account coordinators; working directly with the media, and serving as clients’ press correspondent and marketing consultant. She attends all strategic meetings and is available for client consultations as needed. A graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Caryl is also a certified teacher and has attended courses at The New School in Manhattan. |
