Firm Occupies 4,800 SF at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Mixed-Use Complex

TEANECK, N.J., Mar. 31, 2016 – Cargill Incorporated, a leading provider of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services throughout the world, has renewed its 4,800-square-foot northeast headquarters lease at Glenpointe Centre West in Teaneck, N.J. Located at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Glenpointe Centre West is part of the mixed-used Glenpointe complex, owned and developed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, N.J.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The tenant was represented by Don Sperling of CBRE, Inc.

Cargill currently has 150,000 employees in 70 countries worldwide that are committed to feeding the world in a responsible way by reducing environmental impact and improving the communities in which they live and work. A Glenpointe tenant since 2011, Cargill manages its Ocean Transportation business for the Americas and its Toshoku Food Ingredients business from this location.

Glenpointe is a regional hub and home to a broad range of local, national and international companies. The landmark 50-acre complex encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room full-service Marriott at Glenpointe hotel; and the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness Center.
