Multi-Specialty Dental Chain Will Occupy 2,600 Square Feet at Levin-Managed Shopping Center

BEDMINSTER, N.J., July 31, 2014 – Multi-specialty dental practice Brighter Dental Care has leased 2,600 square feet of the second floor at The Hills Village Center in Bedminster, becoming the latest business to join the retail lineup at this key Somerset County shopping destination, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 110,800-square-foot center.

Levin's leasing representative Marcia Minton negotiated the long-term lease. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development served as the tenant's broker in the transaction.

Located in the heart of one of the Garden State's wealthiest counties, The Hills Village Center's well-established mix of tenants includes a range of nationally recognized retailers and restaurateurs, as well as popular local stores that continue to have a loyal following, according to Minton.
