Warehousing/Distribution Complex Owned and Managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J., Mar. 4, 2016 – BioReference Laboratories has renewed its laboratory and warehouse lease for nearly 160,000 square feet  at 481 and 487 Edward H. Ross Drive in Elmwood Park, N.J. The buildings are part of Elmwood Corporate Park, a 274,000-square-foot corporate park owned and managed by Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Christopher Olsen of Eagle Real Estate Group LLC represented the tenant.
