Transactions Total 5,500+ SF at Class A Office Complex

HACKENSACK, N.J., June 29, 2015 – Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced the completion of five lease transactions totaling approximately 5,500 square feet at its Court Plaza office complex in Hackensack, N.J. The deals, comprised of both new leases and renewals, reaffirm the property’s appeal as one of Bergen County’s premier legal and business addresses.

The transactions, all negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, include:

  • Lawrence B. Diener Esq. renewed his lease for 1,730 square feet at Court Plaza North. The firm provides legal representation in the areas of real estate, family law, personal injury, probate, commercial real estate and collections, among others.
  • Attorneys Gerald S. Rotunda, Paul L. Potenza and Joseph P. Castiglia leased 1,350 square feet at Court Plaza South.
  • Law firm Cowen & Jacobs renewed its lease for 1,300 square feet at Court Plaza South. The firm’s practice areas include family law, personal injury and employment law, among others.
  • SteelCore Capital Management LLC leased 680 square feet as part of the small space program at Court Plaza South.
  • Personal injury law firm The Reinartz Law Firm LLC, another small space tenant, renewed its lease for 525 square feet at Court Plaza South.

The small space program – geared towards smaller legal and professional services firms – offers flexible-term, pre-built office units ranging in size from 462 to 2,320 square feet.
